These Terms of Use govern the conditions relating to the use of the are8 website and software services provided by are8 Finansal Teknolojiler A.Ş. Starting to use the services means that you accept these terms.
1. Parties and scope
This text governs the relationship between the service provider are8 Finansal Teknolojiler A.Ş. and the business that benefits from the services (the "User"). Its scope covers the are8 OS, are8 POS, are8 Table and are8 EF products and the associated web and mobile interfaces.
2. Account and responsibility
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information relating to their account and for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Transactions carried out through the account are deemed to have been made by the User. If unauthorized access is suspected, are8 must be informed immediately.
3. Free use and optional services
are8 POS and are8 Table are provided free for life with their core features; AI-supported customer support is free of charge. Setup, training and dedicated customer support assigned to you fall within the scope of the Professional Support Package priced at ₺9,900 + VAT per year and are optional. The are8 OS configuration and pricing are determined specifically for each business; are8 EF is subject to an annual platform usage fee.

The are8 brand, logo, software code, interface design and documentation belong to are8. The User is granted only a non-transferable and non-exclusive right of use valid for the duration of the service. The User's own data belongs to the User.
6. Service continuity and limitation of liability
are8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the service runs uninterrupted and error-free; scheduled maintenance work is announced in advance. Within the scope of free services, are8's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable legislation. Claims arising from indirect damages, loss of profit and loss of data are excluded.
7. Statement regarding financial services
are8 is not a financing company, bank or payment institution. Limit allocation and financing decisions within the scope of are8 EF are made by financing companies licensed by the BDDK under Law No. 6361. are8 is the platform provider that manages the application and data flow.
8. Consent regarding data sharing
Should the User wish to benefit from are8 EF and embedded finance services, the User consents — so that their application can be assessed and the financing process carried out — to the sharing of their business's commercial and financial data (including POS and platform turnover, collection and receivables data, expense and procurement records, bank account information, tax and registry information, and are8 AI score outputs) with financing companies, payment institutions and relevant business partners licensed by the BDDK under Law No. 6361, to the processing of this data by these institutions for assessment purposes, and to the querying of risk information from authorized institutions such as KKB/Findeks. This consent becomes valid together with the explicit consent given at the time of application and may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect transactions already carried out up to that moment.
9. Termination and governing law
The User may discontinue the free services at any time. are8 may suspend or terminate the account in the event of a breach of these terms. This text is governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction over disputes.
