Explicit Consent Statement

This text sets out the scope of the explicit consent that businesses wishing to benefit from are8 EF and embedded finance services must give in accordance with Articles 5/1 and 9 of the KVKK. Explicit consent is not mandatory for using our free products; it is requested only if you make a financing application.

1. Subject of the consent

I accept that I give explicit consent for the processing and transfer of the data listed below, for the purpose of assessing my financing application and carrying out the process:

POS, order and food-platform turnover data; daily, monthly and periodic sales movements.Collection, receivables, refund and cancellation data; cash flow and reconciliation records.Expense, procurement and cost records; supplier payment information.Bank account and IBAN information, tax identification and trade registry information, authorized signatory information.Business score, risk indicators and limit recommendations generated by are8 AI.

2. Parties to whom data will be transferred

I consent to the transfer of the above data to financing companies licensed by the BDDK under Law No. 6361, to the assessment and scoring providers from whom these institutions receive services, to payment institutions and banks, and to authorized institutions such as the Credit Registration Bureau (KKB), Findeks and the Risk Center; to the querying of risk and credit information about me from these institutions; and to the sharing of the results with are8.

3. Transfer abroad

Due to the nature of cloud infrastructure and assessment services, the data may need to be processed on servers located abroad. I accept that, pursuant to Article 9 of the KVKK, I also give explicit consent to transfers abroad within this scope.

4. Automated assessment

I am aware and consent that my application may be analyzed through automated systems, including are8 AI, and that as a result of this analysis a preliminary limit and risk indicator may be produced. I accept that the final financing decision belongs to the licensed financing institution.

5. Duration and withdrawal of consent

This consent is valid throughout the legal retention periods following the completion of the application process and the termination of any financing relationship established. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time by notifying info@are8.net; that my withdrawal request will take effect prospectively and will not affect transactions already carried out up to that moment.

6. Consequence of not giving consent

I accept that if I do not give explicit consent, I may continue to use the are8 POS and are8 Table products free of charge and will only be unable to benefit from the embedded finance (are8 EF) services.
